CASE RESULTS

All Charges Dismissed in Double Shooting Case

Our client was charged with murder and attempted murder following a double shooting incident. Initially, the state offered a plea deal of life imprisonment. However, through our proactive investigation and dedication to uncovering the truth, we were able to demonstrate that the evidence was insufficient. As a result, all charges were completely dismissed, and our client was fully cleared of any wrongdoing

Securing Custody Pathway for a Father

In a family law case, we represented a father whose child was in the custody of the grandmother. Through our dedicated efforts, we successfully petitioned the court and secured not only visitation rights for our client, but also a clear pathway for him to obtain custody of his daughter. This outcome helped reunite a loving father with his child and ensured a brighter future for their family.

Not Guilty Verdict in Firearm Possession Case

Our client faced serious charges of possession of a firearm, which carried a potential mandatory minimum sentence of 5 years and up to 15 years in prison. Initially, the prosecution alleged that police officers witnessed our client discard a firearm while fleeing the scene. Through meticulous investigation, effective cross-examination, and vigorous defense strategies, we successfully exposed significant weaknesses in the prosecution's case and challenged the credibility of the officers' testimonies. As a result, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on all charges, fully exonerating our client and preserving their freedom.

Not Guilty Verdict in Attempted Murder Trial

Our client was facing a serious attempted murder charge, with an alleged eyewitness identifying them at the scene. Through diligent and zealous representation, we took the case to trial, and after a two-day proceeding, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty. This outcome ensured that our client was completely exonerated of all charges.
